A Positive Mental Attitude is crucial for a salesman to succeed. Roy Hartmann in his bestseller book "Why salespeople fail" stated a great insight about how salesman's attitude might impact the sales call results. The brief conclusion is You Sell When You Believe You Can.

How Your Attitude Can Impact Your Career?
In an organization. Sometimes very good salesmen fail to prosper only because they adopt the wrong attitude when they try to express themselves inside the organization or less frequently with customers. The major lesson here is the everlasting wise quote saying "It is not what you say… It is how you say it"

Hereunder are some models of how you can say a maker statement that leaves an excellent impression, while a non pro salesman can waste his career saying the very same you said but in the very wrong way.

All what I want to add is that ... there are 3 additional rules can be helpful too... Which are :

1. The message prccise & concise


2. Keeping the YOU- VIEW is the best way of making the other party interested

3. As you previously mentioned , the positive tone of talking & selecting the positive words has a great impact on the communication process.
